How often should I take the Time-Finder Diagnostic?
We recommend taking the Time-Finder once a month. Taking it monthly serves 3 functions.
- It helps you track your progress. You’ll see how many new behaviors you’ve implemented, how much time you’ve saved, and how your risk of burnout has changed.
- Regular progress tracking helps you maintain research-backed behaviors by reminding you of the full suite of behaviors you would want to be doing.
- It provides you with update recommendations on where to invest next.
