You’ll get the most out of Zarvana if you use the results of the Time-Finder Diagnostic to help you pick 1-2 behaviors to focus on mastering over the next 3 weeks.

Carefully read through the description on the behavior page(s) you select and then click, “Habify.” When you do, you’ll be taken to the first step in turning that behavior into a habit. If you can, do it immediately. It should only take a few minutes.

Once you’ve done step 1, work on doing step 2 consistently for 5 days, weeks, or however often you have opportunity to do the behavior. Stay focused on that behavior until you’ve gotten halfway to habification. Then you can start another behavior.
