What is the difference between behaviors and skills?
Behaviors are discrete actions that you can take to improve your performance or productivity (e.g., archive or delete every email in your inbox after the first time you read it).
Skills are comprehensive sets of behaviors that define certain capabilities (e.g., managing email). In skills, behaviors are put in intentional sequences that make it easy and most intuitive to build the skill.
